Your Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in metal manufacturing operations while minimizing risks and improving workplace conditions; Oversee occupational safety, health, and environmental risks Assess environmental impact, manage waste disposal, hazardous chemicals, emissions, and wastewater treatment compliance; Conduct training programs on occupational safety, emergency response, and environmental protection for employees; Investigate workplace accidents, environmental incidents, and propose preventive measures; Develop and implement EHS improvement plans, introduce risk mitigation initiatives, and enhance overall safety performance; Manage wastes treatment (transportation, monitor quantity, delivery minute, upload data in to system) Support EHS training programs (prepared material, record, certificate) EHS periodic report following Vietnɑmese regulations Organize and monitor periodic measurement (environment, working condition, noise) Support event / project Contractor: Training safety for contractor, Monitor make sure all activities meet requirement, review do risk assessment and issues permit to work In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by supervisor that are essentially related to duties. Your Qualifications Experience: 1 - 3 years in a similar role in a multinational or manufacturing environment. Education: Degree in Labor/Occupational Safety or a technical/engineering discipline. EHS certifications preferred. English: IELTS 5.0+ / TOEIC 650+ or equivalent. Knowledge of risk assessment and incident management. Hands-on confidence in managing EHS affairs.
