Inside Sales Representative Working Location: Congers, NY This is a temporary full-time position expected to last 3-6 months. What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma: Support the Sales Team with daily activities and tasks to support sales revenue growth, project and account activities. Act as point of contact for customers in the absence of the Account Managers (AM). Internal interaction needed with other departments, e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Operations and Industrial Operations. What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For: Support development activities at customers with Account Managers (AM). Qualify and direct commercial inquiries to the appropriate AM. Facilitate internal and external meetings (Sales meetings, customer visits, BDM visits…). Assist AM in evaluating and documenting customer requirements. Request Customer Files, sample requests and lab trials. Process and verify codification requests in collaboration with AM. Request Letter of Authorizations and support DMF administrative activities with Regulatory Affair Department. Keep track, log-in, and communicate all CRM activities and associated customer notifications. Create and manage quotations in coordination with AM. Help promote accurate customer data in various databases including CRM. Build internal support network with associated production sites. Other duties assigned as business requirements determine. Log and follow up on customer complaints with quality groups. What you will bring on the journey Education College degree (BS or BA). Experience 1-3 years of professional direct customer-facing experience, preferably in sales support, inside sales or project management function. Proven experience as a customer advocate. Strong computer skills utilizing MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM, SAP. Office based position. Skills Strong organizational skills can multi-task effectively. Detail oriented and rigorous. Efficient time management. Dependable and able to consistently meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, can effectively communicate with customers during phone contacts. Compensation and Base Annual Pay In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is USD $25.00 to USD $30.00 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
