Job Req Number: 125458 Time Type: Full Time We are looking for a hands-on and proactive team member to support our Road Operations team in planning and coordinating transport activities, ensuring efficiency and strong operational performance Your role will be to ensure efficient planning and coordination of part- and full load activities, contributing to the smooth execution of daily transport operations. You will monitor transport processes closely and proactively address operational issues to maintain high service quality and reliability. You’ll be expected to plan and customer transports, making effective use of load consolidations, routing and capacity calculations. In addition, you will monitor shipments, ensuring transparency and quick resolution of any issues. At the same time, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of operations by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, optimize costs, and improve overall service quality. We expect you to: Have at least two years of experience in road logistics or freight forwarding Have a strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and quality Be customer-oriented, solution-driven, and able to perform well under pressure Be a team player with strong communication skills Have a very good command of English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage We have an informal way of communicating and a dynamic and flexible working environment.
