About the role Turn strategy into creative impact as a Brand Creative Advisor at Transgrid. This is more than a design role. You’ll be a trusted creative advisor, helping bring Transgrid’s brand, purpose and strategy to life through distinctive, high-quality visual communications. Working across a diverse range of projects and stakeholders, you’ll lead creative projects from concept to delivery, shape briefs, provide expert design advice and ensure our brand is applied consistently across audiences and channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams, designers and external agencies, coordinating creative workflows, providing quality oversight and influencing decisions that strengthen brand recognition, understanding and trust. If you combine strong design expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder influence and a passion for building brands, this is an opportunity to help shape the brand powering Australia’s energy future. About you You’re a creative, collaborative problem-solver who understands that great design solves communication challenges. You’re confident working with senior stakeholders, challenging briefs, shaping ideas and explaining design recommendations through strategic thinking and audience insight. You’ll bring: • A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or equivalent experience. • Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio demonstrating brand-focused work. • Experience translating brand strategy and business objectives into creative solutions. • Experience applying brand systems consistently across channels and audiences. • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence creative decisions. • Experience leading and coordinating creative projects and competing priorities. • Experience working with agencies, suppliers or external creative partners. • The ability to provide creative direction, quality assurance and constructive feedback.
