Closing date: 07/09/2026 Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Siva Krishna Bonda Reference number: 72730 Mediclinic Corporate Office Dubai | Dubai | United Arab Emirates MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To develop, implement, maintain and support master and reference data management solutions on the TIBCO EBX platform, including Java custom components, data models, workflows and integrations, and to execute platform upgrades and the divisional carve-out of the EBX environment, delivering high quality, secure and governed master data. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of EBX data management solutions Execute EBX platform upgrades, migrations and the divisional carve-out of the EBX environment Develop, implement and monitor data quality controls within data management solutions Maintain and support EBX infrastructure, environments, CI/CD pipelines and releases Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors and ICT teams on solution delivery and support Apply data governance, security and architecture standards in all data management solutions REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION 3 year degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Data Engineering or ICT related DESIRED EDUCATION 3 year degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Data Engineering or ICT related & Java certification & TIBCO EBX certification REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE At least 5 years specialist experience in Java development At least 3 years hands-on TIBCO EBX development (or a comparable MDM platform) 5 to 8 years experience in data management, incl. master and reference data DESIRED EXPERIENCE Experience with TIBCO EBX 6.x and platform migrations / upgrades Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines and LDAP / SSO integration Relevant experience in server administration; healthcare industry experience REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Data Governance & Analytics Enablement Data Governance Principles Data governance, standards and regulations affecting the practice of nursing Policy and Procedure Development Data protection law and practices and international best practices Data protection laws and regulatory requirements Denodo or similar data virtualisation tools Data quality reporting development Coaching and Mentoring Data governance & MDM Conflict facilitation and resolution All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
