Qualifications 4th year or graduating students enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering or a related field Tasks & Responsibilities Assist in preparing and maintaining Orderbook Fulfillment reports to support daily operations. Support inventory availability activities, including stock category transfers, review of order rejections, and coordination of inventory updates to support order fulfillment. Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows. Contribute to process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Supply Chain efficiency. Provide analytical and administrative support for Supply Chain projects and ad hoc business requirements. Project / Initiative Project: J0 Order Rejection Management and Process Improvement Objective: Analyze the J0 order rejection process to improve process visibility, reduce manual effort, and recommend opportunities to enhance order fulfillment efficiency.
