Job Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end Asset Acquisition to Retirement (A2R) process. Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) projects and ensure timely capitalization of completed assets. Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register within the SAP ERP system. Prepare and analyze Management Information (MI) Reports related to fixed assets. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of asset-related records and documentation. Support the achievement of departmental KPIs while adhering to asset management policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of fixed asset processes. Person Specifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in Fixed Asset Accounting. Completed or currently pursuing a Finance/Accounting Degree. Part-qualified in CA, ACCA, AAT, CPA or CIMA. Strong knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting and Asset Capitalization processes. Experience in SAP ERP systems will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capabilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-driven, accountable, organized, and a strong team player.
