Join us as a Portfolio Sales Professional We have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Sales Professional to join our Service Sales team, supporting our customers across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Reporting into Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of maintenance and service customers across Ireland. You will focus on customer retention, portfolio profitability, digital service growth and the acquisition of new maintenance contracts. Working closely with operational teams and key stakeholders, you will develop and execute strategic account plans that drive sustainable portfolio growth and strengthen Schindler's market position across Ireland. This role requires a commercially focused sales professional who can successfully balance account management, contract retention, profitability recovery and new business development within a geographically diverse territory. You will be customer-focused, results-driven and capable of building long-term relationships that deliver value for both customers and the business. Your main responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for: Manage and develop a portfolio of maintenance and service customers across Ireland, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and profitability Achieve sales, renewal, recovery and portfolio growth targets across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland Drive contract renewals and portfolio protection initiatives to maximise customer retention and reduce cancellations Identify and secure new maintenance opportunities through existing customer relationships, competitive recoveries and market development activities Convert newly installed units from warranty and Pre-Paid Maintenance (PPM) agreements into ongoing maintenance contracts Promote and expand the adoption of Schindler Digital Services across existing and new customer accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, property managers, facilities management organisations and other key decision-makers Develop strategic account plans for major portfolio customers and growth opportunities Lead customer meetings, service reviews, presentations and commercial negotiations Support the preparation and submission of service tenders, quotations and contract proposals Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and customer information through CRM and business reporting tools Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making Analyse contract losses and cancellations, implementing actions to improve retention and portfolio performance Who you are Proven experience in sales, account management or business development within a technical, engineering, facilities management or service-led environment Demonstrated success achieving growth, retention and profitability targets Strong track record of developing new business opportunities and building a sustainable sales pipeline Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute with the ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities Strong planning, organisation and forecasting capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar systems would be advantageous Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a nationwide territory Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland What’s in it for you?
