This position is only open to students who are eligible for Federal Work Study (FWS). Applicants who do not have an active Federal Work Study award will not be considered. This role offers hands-on office experience in a professional academic setting and is ideal for a student who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks. No health or science background is required.

• Provide general administrative support • Conduct record archiving, including sorting, scanning, and shredding documents • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily office tasks • Provide customer service and front-office support • Assist with office events and meetings • Provide basic classroom technology support • Complete general administrative tasks that support office operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a current USF Student • Must be awarded Federal Work Study Award Preferred Qualifications
