Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Banquet Set-up Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing the setup and cleanup of all banquet functions – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special • Oversee a flawless event setup: Supervise and assist Houseperson team in setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, ensuring all event specifications are met • Maintain spotless event spaces: Lead and assist in cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, waxing floors, and disposing of trash • Support event operations: Help plan, organize, and execute banquet functions to ensure smooth and efficient event delivery • Collaborate for success: Lead and/or participate in department meetings to ensure the team is aligned and well-prepared for banquet operations
