• Have worked for Ascot for at least 12 months and or/in their current position for at least 12 months (any exceptions require HR approval) • Have discussed the desire to apply for the position with their direct manager • Be an employee in good standing and must not have been subject to disciplinary action in the last 12 months • Meet the minimum job requirements to perform the essential functions of the position Job Summary: Ascot is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support our customer service phone number as well as other essential administrative duties. Responsibilities include answering and supporting incoming customer service calls, locating claim information in various Ascot programs, and directing callers to the appropriate adjuster or department. The position also assists with sorting and assigning Workers’ Compensation mail, and supporting our mailroom as needed. Duties also include organizing incoming checks to ensure timely processing. This role helps maintain smooth daily operations and supports the overall efficiency of the team. This role will be an in office position. Responsibilities:

• Answering the Worker’s Compensation Customer Service number and triage calls as appropriate • Responsible for looking up claim numbers and adjusters in various Ascot programs, as well as routing calls to the correct place • Help sort Worker’s Compensation mail in and assign mail to the correct adjuster • Support our office manager and our mailroom as needed • Sort incoming Worker’s Compensation checks for processing • Commit to The Ascot Way: Embody The Ascot Way in their daily interaction with colleagues, fostering colleague engagement and development, collaboration, inclusivity, and individual accountability Requirements:

• 1-3 years of related work experience • Associates Degree preferred; High School Diploma required • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus • Demonstrated ability to work on a team, meet deadlines, and successfully perform in a changing, fast-paced work environment • Excellent customer service skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter and focused eye for detail and accuracy • Effective time management and organizational skills Company Benefits: The Company provides a competitive benefits package that includes the following (eligibility requirements apply):
