How You'll Contribute: As a valued member of our Med-Surg team, you’ll play an essential role in delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. You’ll work collaboratively with nurses, providers, and other members of the healthcare team to assess patient needs, provide timely interventions, communicate changes in condition, and support positive patient outcomes. Your clinical expertise, teamwork, communication, and commitment to excellence will help create a safe and supportive environment for both our patients and our team. • Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire • Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. • Experience: One year previous experience preferred • Licenses: Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. • Education: Associate's Degree required. BSN preferred.
