The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Under direct supervision of management, this position is responsible for supporting the Ambulatory and Population Health Pharmacy teams. This pharmacy coordinator will have responsibilities that include reviewing charts to extract essential information for reports and for proper patient interactions, coordinating patient care by phone and new technologies, documenting workflows for pharmacy care gaps and patient coordination, assisting with our pharmacy student program, initiating and maintaining operational and quality reports, evaluating trends to report out to supervisors, assisting with prior authorizations, and support general pharmacy-related issue resolution under the guidance and direction of Pharmacists. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent friendly communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other computer-based technologies. • Coursework/Training: Completed coursework in Medical Terminology or has working knowledge of Medical Terminology. • Upon hire: California Pharmacy Technician License. • 2 years Pharmacy Technician experience. Preferred Qualifications:
