As a Junior Materials Management Specialist, you will support the timely availability and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies required to maintain smooth business and repair operations. You will work closely with supply chain, warehouse, repair, and other operational teams to monitor material availability, inventory levels, and deliveries, helping to identify and resolve potential issues. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in developing their knowledge of materials management, inventory planning, and supply chain operations in an international environment. Responsibilities
• Supporting the monitoring of material availability and inventory levels to meet operational needs. • Assisting with maintaining appropriate stock levels and identifying potential shortages or excess inventory. • Supporting the preparation and handling of excess and obsolete materials. • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating material and manufacturing-related activities. • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of approved material and production schedules. • Monitoring material receipts and disbursements and ensuring that inventory movements are accurately recorded. • Working with internal teams to identify and resolve issues related to material availability, shortages, deliveries, and inventory. • Preparing basic reports and analyses related to materials and inventory. • Supporting the preparation of materials-related data for budgeting and planning activities. • Developing knowledge of materials management processes, systems, and supply chain best practices.
• Education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field is an advantage, but relevant work experience will also be considered. • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, materials management, or a similar area is an advantage, but we are also open to candidates at the beginning of their career. • Good organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail. • Ability to work with different internal teams and communicate effectively. • Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop within the Materials Management / Supply Chain area. • Basic knowledge of inventory or supply chain processes is an advantage. • Good business English skills, both written and spoken. • Ability to work in hybrid mode, with a 4 days per week from the Repair Center in Nadarzyn. Pay Transparency Statement The monthly base salary range for this position is 5,600.00 PLN gross to 8,000.00 PLN gross. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
