• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. • Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions and analyze data for improvements. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance our services. • Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
