You will be responsible for monitoring and checking the health and well-being of clients and staff by using face-to-face visits, telephone calls, and monitoring care records. You will undertake assessments, and re-assessments of care needs and risk manage clients to ensure that their care plans reflect their needs and are person-centred. The role includes safeguarding clients against abuse and ensuring staff training and support. The position involves on-call responsibility and may include weekends.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a main point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff. You will undertake assessments, and re-assessments of care needs and risk manage clients to ensure that their care plans reflect their needs and are person-centred.
You will ensure that arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against the risk of abuse, and ensure that staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely and feel confident to highlight any potential issues.
You will conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development.
The role will include some responsibility for on-call and may involve working some weekends.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Level 3 or working towards Level 3 in health and social care, Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle, Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
