About this role

Start your CPA journey with meaningful work, personal mentorship and full program support.

At Pivotal LLP, you will do more than complete tasks. You will learn directly from experienced professionals, contribute to client work from planning through completion, and build the confidence to grow into a future leader in our firm and community.

What you will experience

• Contribute throughout the full engagement cycle, from planning and preparation through completion.

• Work independently when appropriate while collaborating closely with your team.

• Organize priorities and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• Build trusted relationships through professional, clear communication with clients and colleagues.

• Travel to client offices when required.

• A note about our work cycle: Public practice is seasonal. This role requires flexibility to contribute more hours in the first half of the year, balanced by lighter and more flexible work weeks from June to December.

What you bring

• Meet the post-secondary degree and other requirements needed to begin the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP) upon employment.

• Bring a genuine interest in client service, learning and teamwork.

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting or customer service experience is welcome, but not required.

• Experience with CaseWare, Profile, Sage, QuickBooks or QBO is an asset.

Why build your career at Pivotal?
