Based at the Mills CNC Technology Campus in Leamington Spa, we hold exclusive distribution rights for DN Solutions and Zayer Machine Tools in the UK and Ireland, catering to a diverse range of manufacturing businesses. We take pride in our well-established reputation for delivering exclusive machine tools that are renowned for their quality, reliability, and performance.
The business employs around 140 people, with a workforce split between colleagues based at our Leamington Spa headquarters and a large team of field-based engineers and support staff working across the UK and Ireland.
Role Overview
As an HR Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting employees throughout the business, helping to provide an excellent employee experience for both office-based and remote colleagues. Main Job Functions are:
• Support each stage of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding.
• Prepare documentation to support the employee lifecycle
• Maintain and manage personnel records using the company’s HR self-service software and SharePoint site, adding value through analytics and data when required.
• Ensure records are kept up to date within Mills CNC’s employee benefit and reward package platform – pension, private healthcare, EAP etc.
• Day to day management of the company car fleet.
• Respond to employee HR queries via phone and email
• Support the HR & Quality Manager on project work

• Excellent administration skills and a keen attention to detail.
You must live within commuting distance of Leamington Spa
Essential Skills or Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Teams etc
Desirable Skills or Qualifications
• Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development - Level 3 Human Resource Practice
• Mental Health First Aider or First Aid Champion
