CNA (Residential)
Position Summary: The CNA Residential provides direct patient care and support to individuals at the Homestead, a residential behavioral health treatment setting. This role assists with daily activities, monitors patient well-being, and supports a safe and structured treatment environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Monitor and document patient behavior, reporting concerns to nursing and clinical staff.
• Support patients in adhering to their treatment plans.
• Assist with medication administration under nursing supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas.
• Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.

Qualifications:
