The Role

Reporting to the Content Manager and working alongside the Visual Content Creator, you'll be part of a collaborative marketing and external engagement team. You'll write content across our website, campaigns, and wider communications, ensuring it engages with our audiences and supports organisational priorities. You'll champion our verbal identity. And you'll combine creativity with efficiency using AI-enabled tools.

Some of what you'll do:

Write, review and edit copy to create engaging, on-brand and search-optimised content, from course pages to campaign copy, across our channels. Develop content aligned to briefs and campaign objectives. Lead in the adoption, use and governance of AI-supported content tools. Manage website content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, accessibility, and consistency. Develop and carry out search optimisation planning and implementation.

You'll have:

Experience in content editing and copywriting roles producing high-quality written content across formats and channels for different audiences. Excellent ideation, development and problem-solving skills, able to translate briefs into compelling, actionable concepts and resolve content creation and content management challenges. Experience in website content management, including CMS systems (ideally Drupal), and analytics tools. Excellent editing and proofreading skills. Excellent understanding of brand identity and experience in applying guidelines. The ability to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders and external production partners. Strong organisational and planning skills. Strong understanding of and experience in SEO and GEO. A degree or equivalent professional experience.
