You will help design, manage, and prepare solutions that fulfill the needs of a competitive industry while maintaining and taking care of contract requirements.Essential Job Responsibilities: • Lead multiple implementation projects with defined timelines for clients via phone, email, and web-based contact channels. Projects typically are multiphases, including analysis, configuration, training, testing, and support. • Thoroughly track, organize, document, and communicate all product implementation related activities for each client. • Act as liaison between various parties for projects that involve multiple product offerings or interfaces for Fiserv and third-party vendors. • Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices. • Become a subject matter expert in the products that you are tasked with implementing, including being able to resolve small and moderate complex product and/or technical issues. • Walk clients through setup, testing and procedures, including conducting training and client presentations. • Assist with documentation / review of implementation procedures. • Provide reporting to Senior Level Management - Manage projects and time tracking within Clarity. • Respond to occasional requests for additional off-hour work. In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following traits:
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously. • Excellent verbal/written English communication. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Advanced English Level (90% or C1 equivalent) Qualifications. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or 1+ years of experience in related areas. • Experience managing client expectations and delivering client-ready communications, conduct meetings and presentations. • Experience managing project deliverables and keeping client and internal partners on task. • Experience with implementations of products with external customers in other geographies. • Proficient core computer skills (ex. Microsoft Outlook, Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Windows basics). • Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance by management. • Financial Industry experience, particularly Banks, Savings and Loans, Credit Unions.
