Job Description: OTC & PTP Specialist with Czech and English Infosys - Bucharest -Hybrid 3/2
We are looking for a candidate with: Fluency in English (B2) and Czech (minimum C1) - essential for client communication purposes 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable as a main process 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools Specialist Knowledge in one or more areas of Accounts Receivable as priority Good accounting skills, with ability to analyze the accounts that the expenses are hitting Independent working in a non-structured environment Prior experience in process improvement projects Very good communication MS Dynamics experience would be an asset Customer oriented approach
Your key activities: Execute day-to-day operational tasks in billing, cash application and accounts receivable Deliver as per agreed timelines Adhere to SLAs Identify and execute process improvement opportunities Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements Ensure quality of the deliverables Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment, Expense management) Follow the documented procedures
