Senior Process Specialist
Job Description: Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Sourcing Specialist to join our team Main activities and responsibilities: Perform spot buy events • Conduct stakeholder interactions • Prepare bid analysis, negotiation strategies, and contract redlining • Negotiate with suppliers • Identify automation opportunities • Identify buy channel enhancement opportunities Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Min 3 years of relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement • Understanding of sourcing processes, analysis, opportunity assessment, and contract coordination stakeholder followups, supplier mgmt., RFx templates management, and analytical skills • Strong customer orientation and proactive approach • Good supplier relationship skills and team spirit • Good communication and negotiation skills in managing tactical sourcing or spot-buying for indirect spend Additional information: Type of work: CLT, Flexible hours.
