We are seeking an Engineering Technologist that will assist engineers in the design, development, testing and maintenance of process equipment.
• Provides on call technical support as needed • Develops cost estimates for new and existing process • Develops and implement quality, safety, and process improvements • This individual will work closely with Process, Quality and Product Engineers on key projects and initiatives • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to maintenance staff • Must have the ability to manage time effectively while dealing with a variety of issues in a dynamic environment will be key to the success of this individual • Facilitates and/or support improvement projects, maintenance projects and aid in process troubleshooting • Solid communication, teamwork and integration skills will be required to work effectively across functions at multiple levels • Acts as liaison with subcontractors and parts vendors
Required Skills and Education: • Associate’s degree in an engineering or science related and at least 8 years work experience or equivalent experience • Experience designing/building/testing/maintaining/repairing mechanical equipment • Experience with creating and/or redlining drawings • Must have the ability to manage time effectively while dealing with a variety of issues in a dynamic environment will be key to the success of this individual • Proficient with MS Office suite • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Highly driven and assertive personality • Good planning, time management and organization skills

Preferred Skills and Education: • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science related or equivalent experience. Experience around energetic manufacturing is preferred.
