Job Description: As a Pricing Analyst, you will support proposal development, cost analysis, and pricing compliance while working with experienced professionals across Finance, Contracts, Engineering, and Program Management. This role allows you to strengthen your analytical skills and contribute meaningfully to program execution within a structured, growth‑oriented environment. Support pricing activities for Guns program proposals by preparing cost inputs, updating models, and ensuring data integrity. • Develop and maintain pricing templates, tools, and cost models under guidance from senior analysts. • Perform cost analysis on labor, materials, and subcontractor elements to support compliant pricing submissions. • Gather, validate, and document data from cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate integration into estimates. • Prepare organized pricing documentation for internal reviews, audits, and fact‑finding activities. • Assist with negotiation preparation by creating cost summaries and supporting materials. • Identify and communicate discrepancies or issues in pricing data. • Apply company policies and government regulations (FAR/DFARS, TINA) to ensure compliance in all assigned tasks. • Contribute to improving pricing processes, tools, or documentation as needed.
Required Skills and Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience in pricing, estimating, or financial analysis will also be considered. • 2–5 years of experience in pricing, estimating, financial analysis, or similar analytical work. • Solid understanding of the importance of FAR/DFARS and general business estimating systems. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify issues, and support decision‑making. • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with working in cost models, spreadsheets, and pricing tools. • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality. • Familiarity with audit expectations and the ability to prepare traceable, compliant backup. • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment. • Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain pricing inputs and data nuances to team members.

Preferred Skills and Education: • Experience in defense industry pricing, estimating, or financial analysis. • Understanding of specific cost estimating principles and requirements under TINA. • Experience with estimating systems, ERP tools, or proposal/pricing software. • Ability to translate technical program data into structured cost/price inputs. • Experience supporting customer fact‑finding, estimating system audits, or similar audit activities tied to compliance.
