Job Overview: The Portfolio Delivery Lead/Sr. Program Manager will lead a portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring long-term delivery success and project effectiveness across one or more business units. This role provides strategic guidance to align programs and projects with business objectives, oversees portfolio execution, manages stakeholder engagement, and drives effective governance, reporting, resource planning, and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality of project outputs to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders while ensuring clear and consistent portfolio communications.

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define roadmaps for future product, process, and system development.

• Identify, assess, and resolve conflicts related to project priorities and portfolio execution.

• Assess and communicate resource requirements aligned with portfolio plans and strategic objectives.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and developmental guidance to portfolio team members.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting across all projects to support stakeholder, sponsor, and management decision-making.

• Formulate, organize, and oversee interconnected programs and projects.

• Support PMO budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

• Drive governance practices that ensure portfolio alignment with organizational goals and delivery standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Technology, or a related field.

• 8+ years of professional experience.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• 5-10 years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.

• 5+ years of experience delivering technology solutions.

Preferences:

• Experience managing budgets ranging from $10M to $50M.

• Experience operating and managing work within an agile environment.

• Thorough understanding of project and program management techniques and methodologies.

• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Pay Range: $141,419.00 - $235,664.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
