Our Special Operations team supports the implementation of Lineage’s preferred warehouse management processes and other global systems across our network of sites in Europe. We are looking for an experienced operations specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will use your expertise in 3PL operations to support sites through operational transformations. Our team breaks down operational processes, and aligns them to our global standards, ensuring the transition for sites and customers is executed smoothly. Working closely with warehouse operations, project management, and IT, you will help to assess existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, develop and deliver training, and support sites in stabilizing new processes and systems. Regular travel to Lineage locations across Europe is required, with some travel to the US and UK for training and learning. The role will also require periods of extended travel and time away from home, particularly around Go Lives. In general, you will travel about 40-50% of the time to national or international projects. Responsibilities:
• The Operations Change Management Lead will be the subject matter expert (SME) in our core Warehouse Management systems. • Work with the onsite team to audit the procedures in place and help implement recommendations. • Support site leadership teams in preparing colleagues for process and system changes through effective change management activities, ensuring adherence to global processes across Lineage sites in Europe. • Plan and execute end-user training. • Implementation and operational support to ensure business continuity. Who are we looking for?
• Proven experience in e.g. logistics, inventory, operations, customer service, or relevant warehouse operational departments. • A passion for training and developing others, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences and learning needs. • Experience with system implementations in a 3PL environment is an advantage. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and a second European language such as Dutch, Italian, Spanish or Danish with the ability to build strong relationships across different teams, cultures, and levels of the organization. • Confidence working with warehouse management systems and other operational systems. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work away from home for extended periods, particularly during Go Live and implementation phases.
