Responsibilities Include:
Our client is seeking a litigation paralegal to support the litigation team with eDiscovery needs and support timely and accurate document production and document review. This role will:
• Coordinate with outside counsel regarding discovery requests, document collections, and production requirements. • Serve as the primary liaison between legal team, outside counsel, and internal business teams to gather and identify requested documents • Conduct searches for responsive documents, communications, and records in Microsoft Purview • Organize, track, and manage large volumes of electronically stored information (ESI)
Qualifications Include:
• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal • Substantive experience supporting eDiscovery • Experience using eDiscovery, information governance, or electronics records management programs to manage electronically stored information (ESI); experience with Microsoft Purview is highly preferred • Prior experience with employment litigation or banking/financial services industry knowledge is a plus
Pay Range: $50-65/hour
