Job Requirements Sweetwater, the nation's number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking to hire a dedicated, detailed, and driven HR Training Specialist to our growing Human Resources Team! Under the leadership and guidance of the Vice President of Learning and Talent Development, the Learning and Development Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination, administration, and delivery of company-wide learning programs. In this role, you will support both strategic and programmatic efforts by managing the operational systems, tools, communications, and analytics that power talent development initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating efficient, learner-friendly experiences. Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, rosters, calendar invites, room setup, and technology support • Partner with the internal training team to support facilitation needs for manager and employee-facing programs, including scorecards and other metric • Assist in developing learner-facing materials, session handouts, surveys, and certificates of completion • Maintain the Workday learning platform by uploading content, tracking completions, tagging courses, and managing learner access • Troubleshoot user issues related to training access and provide the first line of support for learners • Coordinate and manage the annual calendar of training events • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for program and system workflows Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, organization, and project management skills • High attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time under tight deadlines • 2+ years of experience in administrative, HR, training, or other program support roles • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Education, Human Resources, or equivalent field (Bachelor's Degree preferred) • CP-LDF, CPTM, CPTD, or SHRM-CP Certification preferred • Experience in Workday platform preferred Sweetwater "Ideal" Team-Player
