• Drive sales of Home Loans and other mortgage products through direct sourcing and channel partners. • Meet customers at builder/developer project sites and provide end-to-end guidance on home loan products and financing solutions. • Conduct marketing, lead generation, sales promotion, and brand-building activities to acquire new customers and expand market presence. • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in terms of sourcing, sanctions, and disbursements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, real estate brokers, DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels. • Manage the complete loan lifecycle including customer acquisition, documentation, application processing, and disbursement coordination. • Conduct preliminary assessment of customer eligibility, income, repayment capacity, and documentation requirements. • Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure timely approval and disbursement of loan applications. • Resolve customer queries and provide guidance on loan terms, repayment schedules, insurance, and other product-related information. • Ensure portfolio quality through proper customer onboarding, compliance adherence, and follow-up on collections, where required. • Track competition activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify business growth opportunities. • Maintain accurate MIS, sales reports, and customer data as per organizational requirements.
