Performs all technical and clerical functions in the histology section according to established operating procedures. Accurately fixes, embeds, cuts and stains tissue for light microscopy. Insures accurate patient identification.
Education Associate's Degree Medical Lab Technology, Science or related field Required
Experience 1 year experience as a Histotechnician Preferred
Licenses Amer Soc Clinical Pathology Preferred
