• Week 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Week 2: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM About the Opportunity We're seeking a customer-focused professional to join a growing transportation and logistics team as a Carrier Relations Specialist. This role serves as the primary point of contact for transportation partners, providing support, resolving issues, and building strong long-term relationships.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service, call center, account coordination, dispatch support, or similar experience who enjoy working with people and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls throughout the day. Responsibilities
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls • Serve as a primary point of contact for transportation partners • Assist with onboarding and account setup activities • Answer questions and provide ongoing support • Investigate and resolve service concerns and complaints • Maintain accurate customer and partner records • Monitor documentation and compliance-related requirements • Build and maintain strong business relationships • Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and communication • Support various administrative and operational initiatives as needed Qualifications Required
• 2+ years of customer service, call center, account coordination, dispatch, or related experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working in a high-volume phone environment • Ability to professionally handle difficult conversations and de-escalate customer concerns • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer systems • Reliable work history with demonstrated job stability Preferred
• Transportation, logistics, freight, dispatch, or supply chain experience • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce • Bachelor's or Associate's degree • Experience working with external customers, vendors, or business partners Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can maintain professionalism while balancing multiple priorities. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.med, vision, and dental, pto and holiday pay, also some additional personal time.
