Overview The Administrative Assistant provides administrative supports and otherwise relieves the Executives, Managers, Technicians and other parties of clerical work. This person working in the role must have the ability to work in a high volume, customer centric, fast-paced, team environment while performing the following duties.
Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Answers phone calls and screens emails to determine the appropriate person to whom the communication shall be routed. • Organizes and maintains file system including correspondence and other records • Call customers to confirm upcoming service appointments • Scan, save and process all job reports as necessary. • Assist with Inventory Control activities and places orders for business supplies • Other office related duties as assigned

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stockton, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
