About this role
DescriptionThe Accounting Manager is responsible for leading general ledger accounting activities and supporting the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the company's financial close process. This role manages and develops accounting team members, reviews complex journal entries and account reconciliations, ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies, and partners cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues. The Accounting Manager is expected to drive continuous improvement, strengthen controls, support internal and external audits, and serve as a knowledgeable resource across the organization.MUST HAVES:
• CPA • Leading a team of 3-5+ • Review/approving journal entries for month end close • Strong understanding of US GAAP • Create Pivot Tables and Vlookups in Excel • Proficient within a large scale ERP NICE TO HAVES:
