Logistics Lead**Interviewing ASAP!!**Hours:Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays**Onsite/Field role. Must be willing to local or willing to commute to Plymouth, MI*Must haves:
• Completed Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, fleet operations, or supply chain management. • Previous supervisory or management experience within a fast-paced operational environment. • Experience managing carriers, dispatch operations, inventory, and customer service functions. • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational results. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Direct, long term role, salary role, 2 weeks of PTO, extra week of personal time (prorated for the rest of the year), Med, Vision, and dental.
