Qualifications Required

• Experience working with ERP systems or similar business software platforms. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable working with numerical data and operational reporting. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Preferred

• Experience with Epicor ERP. • Exposure to job costing, production scheduling, materials planning, or operations reporting. • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating across departments, and playing a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently.As an Operations Coordinator, you'll collaborate with Project Management, Purchasing, Production, and Leadership teams to support job setup, production tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Production & Operations Coordination

• Create and maintain production jobs within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of operational and manufacturing details. • Coordinate the flow of information between Project Management, Purchasing, and Production teams. • Support production planning activities by tracking active projects and monitoring job progress. • Prepare and distribute production status reports and meeting updates. • Assist leadership with operational reporting and performance tracking. Data Management & Reporting

• Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. • Maintain production records, documentation, and electronic filing systems. • Analyze production-related data using Excel to support decision-making and operational improvements. • Assist with labor tracking, job costing, and production reporting efforts. • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data collection and analysis. Shop Floor & Team Collaboration

• Regularly engage with production and warehouse teams to gather information and verify job activity. • Monitor production progress and ensure labor hours are accurately assigned within the ERP system. • Serve as a liaison between office personnel and shop floor operations. • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Joliet, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
