Job Title: Accounts Payable ProcessorJob DescriptionThe Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for managing high-volume invoice processing, including entering invoices, ensuring accurate three-way matching, and handling payment processing tasks such as ACH payments, wire transfers, stop payment requests, and issuing checks. This role involves processing a minimum of 150-200 invoices daily and primarily focuses on accounts payable operations.Responsibilities
• Process a minimum of 150-200 invoices daily. • Enter and verify invoices ensuring correct three-way matching. • Assist with making ACH payments, wire transfers, and issuing checks. • Handle stop payment requests efficiently. • Work primarily in a high-volume accounts payable setting. Essential Skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of high-volume accounts payable processing experience. • Experience with purchase orders and three-way match. • Proficiency in full cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing and payments. • Experience with large ERP systems, Workday preferred. • Ability to pass a 10 key assessment with a score of 12,000 or above. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred for maximum pay. • Experience in a shared service environment is preferred. • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PeopleSoft highly preferred. Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a professional, corporate office environment where you will have your own cubicle. The accounts payable team consists of 50-60 members including a Director, Managers, Supervisors, and Specialists. The dress code is business professional from Monday to Thursday and business casual on Friday. Working hours are between 8 AM and 5:30 PM, with flexibility required for shifts within these hours. Occasionally, a skeleton crew operates on holidays such as Memorial Day, requiring additional flexibility. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Altamonte Springs, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
