Location: New Berlin, WIEmployment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team in New Berlin, WI. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and HR processes, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and serving as a key resource for employees and managers. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology, enjoys administrative work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity. • Process employment-related documentation, including new hire paperwork, status changes, and terminations. • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries. • Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting activities. • Coordinate recruiting logistics, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies. • Update and manage HR databases and electronic personnel files. • Generate reports and track HR metrics as requested. • Provide administrative support to the HR team and leadership. Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1+ years of administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience preferred. • Comfortable working with technology, including Microsoft Office applications, databases, and web-based systems. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in Human Resources. • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). • Experience supporting payroll, benefits, or employee records administration. • Associate degree or HR-related coursework is a plus. Skills & Competencies

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
