We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across multiple business functions throughout North America. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop recruiting strategies, source exceptional talent, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and helping organizations attract and hire top-tier talent. What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, technical, digital, and supply chain positions across North America. • Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans. • Source and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing methods, networking, market research, and outreach campaigns. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational goals. • Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback discussions, and support offer negotiations and candidate closing. • Deliver a positive, inclusive, and candidate-focused experience throughout the hiring process. • Promote employer brand messaging and represent the organization professionally in the marketplace. • Utilize ATS and recruiting technologies to manage candidate pipelines, documentation, and reporting. • Stay informed on recruiting trends, talent market conditions, sourcing strategies, and compensation insights. • Support diversity recruiting initiatives and develop strategies to attract candidates from a variety of backgrounds. • Attend networking events, industry conferences, meetups, and other recruiting-related events to build talent networks. • Manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and organization. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. • 6+ years of corporate recruiting and/or search firm recruiting experience. • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through offer acceptance. • Strong sourcing experience, including proactive outreach, candidate research, networking, and cold calling. • Experience recruiting for supply chain, technical, digital, or professional-level positions. • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to build credibility and influence with hiring leaders and HR partners. • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
