• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts • Prepare and post journal entries • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes • Perform account, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies • Ensure accounting records are accurate and complete • Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed Compliance & Audit Support
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies • Assist with external audits and provide supporting documentation • Maintain accurate records and accounting schedules • Support sales, use, and other tax reporting requirements Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies • Assist with internal controls and documentation efforts • Collaborate with AP, AR, and operational teams to resolve accounting issues Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 3+ years of accounting experience • Strong General Ledger accounting experience • Experience with account, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations • Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles • Experience with month-end close and journal entries • Proficiency with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Preferred
• Experience preparing financial statements • Experience supporting audits • Budgeting or forecasting exposure • Manufacturing, distribution, service, or multi-entity accounting experience • Advanced Excel skills What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and committed to accuracy. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
