The Sr. Customer Service Specialist serves as the main point of contact between the company and major aerospace customers, managing all routine business activities related to customer orders. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, coordinating schedule changes, providing post-sale support, preparing price quotes, and resolving billing disputes. The role requires strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- AS/AA degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of customer service experience - Experience in the aerospace industry - Must possess ERP system knowledge. (Experience with AS400 or Oracle is a plus - Must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the flexibility to do whatever it takes to care for our customers. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to prepare spreadsheets, graphs, presentations and reports. - Candidate must be and well-organized, multi-tasking, self-starting individual.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.01 - $38.70/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
