Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and process daily billing using our internal billing applications. This role requires careful entry of invoice information into customer portals and the preparation of backup documentation as needed. The specialist will handle document imaging and ensure paperless transaction processing while providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities • Prepare and process daily billing through internal billing applications. • Enter invoice information into customer portals. • Prepare backup documentation for invoices as needed per customer requirements. • Handle document imaging and paperless transaction processing. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. • Investigate and resolve billing, cash receipt, and customer purchase order issues. • Assist with lien waiver processing as needed. Essential Skills • Expertise in billing and job costing. • Proficiency in AIA billing and lien waivers. • 4+ years of accounts receivable and billing experience. • Industry experience in construction is required. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with the implementation and use of ERP systems, particularly Acumatica. • Familiarity with Textura (Oracle module) for portals and invoicing. Work EnvironmentOur company, generating over $500 million in revenue, is in the early stages of implementing a new ERP system, Acumatica. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will report to the AR Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team that includes separate GL Accounting, AP, and AR/Billing teams. The role requires working in the office five days a week during typical business hours. The office is new, clean, modern, and part of a larger organization with over 1,000 employees nationwide. You will work closely with project managers and handle the processing of lien waivers, responding to the increasing demands of general contractors. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Champlin, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
