Responsible for compensation, employee relations and worker's compensation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage the day to day HR functions for the facility. • Interpret HR policies for staff and respond to staff at all levels of the organization. • Translate complex information and provide highly specialized advice in a specific Human Resources discipline. • Serve as known expert in subject matter with a broad knowledge and understanding of HR functional areas. • Manage and implement corporate and local Human Resources programs to fulfill state and federal policies and regulations. • Identify data needed for reports and ensure reports accurately capture and present information appropriate to the audience. • Communicate information to all levels of the facility, including leadership, staff and other community members. • Responsible for leading, motivating and assessing diverse teams, including experienced and junior professionals. • May lead projects that impact the facility at the request of leadership or corporate Human Resources. • Responsible for compensation, employee relations and worker's compensation.
• Provide staff management to include hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation. OTHER FUNCTIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field required. • One to three years' previous experience in a Human Resources leadership role with demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation and human resources information systems required. LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
• Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
