Administrative Support & Credentialing Specialist: Keep our operations running smoothly while supporting provider credentialing and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to facility leadership and staff. • Manage calendars, meetings, communications, and office operations. • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence. • Maintain confidential records and databases. • Coordinate provider credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollments. • Verify credentials, track renewals, and maintain compliance documentation. • Collaborate with payers, billing teams, and contracting departments to resolve credentialing and enrollment issues. • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred. • 1 to 3 years of healthcare-related experience required. • 1 to 3 years of healthcare credentialing experience preferred. • Basic knowledge of healthcare contracting concepts. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong documentation, organization, and attention-to-detail skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ​ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• ​Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. • ​Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. • ​Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. • ​Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. • ​Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.

• ​May responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing. • ​May direct and lead the work of others. • ​May manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities. • ​Create spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations, reports and documents as needed. • ​Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.

• ​May cover the reception desk when required. • ​Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars and arrange staff meetings ​OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• ​Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

​EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: · BA/BS degree preferred. · 1 – 3 years of healthcare related experience required. · 1 – 3 years healthcare credentialing experience preferred. · Basic to working knowledge of contracting concepts. · Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. · Documentation, proficiency, attention to detail, and organization skills are essential. · Ability to multi-task is a must ​LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
