As a Senior Associate - Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring, helping them navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. This role requires you to ask questions and use these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will conduct valuations, perform financial analysis, and develop strategies for post-merger integration. You will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, breaking down complex concepts with critical thinking. Your work will contribute to understanding the broader objectives of projects and how they fit into the overall strategy. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, fostering personal growth and technical skills.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- At least a Master's of Business Administration's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
