Triumph Engineering & Design, Inc. (TED) provides a multi-disciplinary quality of engineering. They have been able to provide our clients and communities with extensive experience in space planning, programming, engineering design, and construction cost estimating. Triumph Engineering & Design, Inc. (TED) is currently searching for a talented Structural Engineer in the State of Michigan. The job opening is a full time position at their office located in Grand Blanc, MI.
Structural Engineer: With limited supervision, provide the technical, organizational and communication skills to produce well-designed and coordinated construction documents for structural systems. As an engineer with TED, you must have engineering experience related to building condition evaluation, structural rehabilitation and design. You must have experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete and masonry design.
Primary Responsibilities: • Prepare and review structural engineering calculations • Analyze and design the structural components of a building system or other structure • Provide technical guidance to structural AutoCAD/Revit designers in the preparation of design models and drawings • Assist in developing project structural requirements, conducting field surveys, and developing construction documents • Versatile in performing design and/or analysis for steel, concrete, masonry, or timber framing systems • Coordinates with the other design disciplines in the delivery of structural designs • Performs services during construction, including responding to RFI's, reviewing submittals, and performing field observations

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Blanc, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
