• Pay Rate: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour • Contract Opportunity • Duration: 18 Months What You'll Accomplish
• Lead all field activities on commercial electrical construction projects. • Coordinate and supervise electricians, subcontractors, and field personnel. • Drive project schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved on time. • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA and jobsite safety standards. • Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and crew planning sessions. • Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, clients, and trade partners. • Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentation. • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project schedules or costs. • Monitor labor productivity and manpower needs throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities. • Ensure quality standards are maintained and installations are completed according to plans and specifications. What We're Looking For We are looking for a hands-on construction leader who can effectively manage field operations, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain accountability for safety, quality, and schedule performance. The ideal candidate has extensive commercial electrical construction experience and a track record of successfully leading crews and subcontractors in the field.Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience within commercial electrical construction. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and construction methods. • Proven experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical plans. • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices. • Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills. • Experience working within fast-paced construction environments. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ground-up commercial construction projects. • Experience supporting education, healthcare, public works, municipal, industrial, or manufacturing projects. • Experience with design-build construction projects. • Knowledge of construction management and scheduling software such as Procore or similar platforms. • Experience coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities. Work Environment
• On-site construction environment. • Frequent interaction with electricians, subcontractors, project managers, engineers, and other project stakeholders. • Active field presence required to oversee daily operations, conduct site walks, and monitor project progress. • Strong emphasis on jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule adherence.
