Job Title: Clinical Research CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator who will work with a caseload of approximately 7-9 patients undergoing active treatment, as well as manage follow-up appointments. The role involves engaging with 33 open trials across Phases 1-4, and requires coordination with nurses, regulatory, and data teams. This position offers a fast-paced environment where interaction with research teams, physicians, and sponsors is frequent. Support will be provided by a senior Clinical Research Coordinator for guidance.Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient visits and manage patient enrollment and consent processes. • Collaborate with nurses for patient visits and clinical trial management. • Engage with regulatory and data teams to ensure compliance and data integrity. • Manage multiple clinical trials, with the ability to handle at least 5 trials depending on complexity. • Interact with research teams, including nurses, regulatory and data specialists, physicians, and sponsors. Essential Skills
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience, preferably in oncology or another therapeutic area with Phase 1 drug experience. • Proficiency in clinical research, oncology, clinical trials, patient pre-screening, patient recruitment, and chart review. • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR). • At least 2 years of consenting experience. • Experience in industry-sponsored drug trials and regulatory processes. • Experience with Phase 1 oncology is a plus. Work EnvironmentThe position is part of the Oncology research team, primarily based onsite at the South location with the expectation of transitioning to the East location as research efforts expand. Heavy clinic days occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while Mondays and Wednesdays are lighter clinic days. Fridays are designated for administrative tasks and remote work, although occasional onsite presence may be required. Flexibility for late patient visits is expected, with the possibility of adjusting hours later in the week to compensate. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
