Job Title: VDC CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated VDC Coordinators to join a significant data center project located near Detroit, MI. In this role, you will engage in BIM/VDC coordination across multiple disciplines, including process piping, mechanical, and electrical systems. Your expertise will support the seamless integration and execution of project plans.Responsibilities
• Perform multi-discipline BIM/VDC coordination for mechanical, electrical, and process piping systems. • Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and Revit. • Facilitate coordination between design teams, subcontractors, and field teams. • Identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues. • Maintain and update BIM models to reflect field conditions. • Participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards. Essential Skills
• 3–8+ years of BIM/VDC coordination or modeling experience. • Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. • Experience in construction-phase coordination. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Taylor, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
