• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
